Our Story
The Economic Liberation Alliance Party (ELAP) was founded in 2020 by a group of visionary leaders who recognized the need for a political party focused on economic empowerment and liberation for all Kenyans. Our party emerged from a grassroots movement of citizens who believed that true progress could only be achieved through sound economic policies and inclusive growth.

Our Achievements
Since our formation, ELAP has made significant strides in shaping Kenya's economic landscape:
- Successfully advocated for the Small Business Support Act of 2022, providing tax incentives and access to credit for over 10,000 SMEs.
- Launched the Youth Economic Empowerment Program which has trained 5,000 young Kenyans in entrepreneurship and digital skills.
- Implemented community-based microfinance initiatives in 20 counties, benefiting over 50,000 households.
- Proposed and supported the passage of the Green Economy Bill, promoting sustainable development and creating 15,000 green jobs.
